What is a real estate hunter?
Using his experience, the hunter will take into account your needs, advise you and finally, will find you what you’re looking for.
The latter will be the subject of thorough research, both via mailing to our agency networks, on various websites, on paper ads, and also by “spotting” (posters in particular) in the desired districts.
As soon as a selection is made, the hunter will try to fix a maximum of appointments on a day (saving time), and to give you a detailed report and an evaluation for each of the properties visited.
The hunter will give you the “pulse” on all the research, it is up to you to select in view of the next visits with your hunter …
If you set your sights on a property, the hunter will guide you through the following steps: The offer, possible conditions, choice of notary and relaying of all necessary information relating to the drafting of the sale agreement (or a lease contract when renting). Your hunter will be with you until the job is done.

Looking for a short, medium term rental, or who knows, long term? Tired of the incessant journeys to ultimately, unsuccessful visits?
We are here to help you … In addition to visiting potential apartments that meet your desires, we also take care of your profile with the future landlord.
In order to save time, your real estate hunter will take copies (scan) of your ID and any other documents he deems useful. He will send to you, on a regular basis, the results of his investigations, with photo files relating to the property, as well as taking measurements and sourcing documents such as: energy performance certificate, electrical installation report, opinions of an architect (additional costs according to work).
How much does a real estate hunter cost?
In order to guarantee a fair remuneration, the client must pay a handling fee when signing the contract. Once the mission is fulfilled, the client will pay direct (or via the notary) 1% ex. VAT of the agreed sale price + 1% ex. VAT of the authentic deed of sale.
For those renting, the client must pay a month of rent at the signing of the lease.
In both cases, application fees will be deducted or refunded, as will the costs of visits. If the customer cancels the hunter’s search, the expenses will not be reimbursed.
